It is located on the shore of the Caspian Sea. Opened in 2001, it was the first high-rise hotel in the tourist zone of Avaza. == History == The hotel was built in less than a year, completed in February, 2001, by the Turkish construction company "Gamma" and the Turkmen company "Balkanneftegazstroy".
